Ugh. I am so frusterated. Boys! Okay so, Garry's not allowed on the computer any more. He has certain things he's s'pose to do everyday in his house. He knows what happens when he doesn't do them. He knows how/when his mom and dad like him to have things done. So if he doesn't do it and gets in trouble for it am I s'pose to feel bad for him that he got in trouble? It's not like he has to do much. he has to keep his room and the computer room tidy. That's nearly nothing!!! And then there's school. His mom and dad don't think he's doing his school work, and he says he is. What would anyone do in this situation? Tell their mom to go talk to teachers to prove it right? Well, if you were getting punished for it anyway. He won't. Every solution I come up with he finds some hole in it (which, for the record, doesn't even make sense!) So his mom and dad are so fed up and right at their wits end. They don't know what to do. Garry's mom emailed me and apologized to me because she's kicking Garry off his computer. That's a big friggen deal. I can't talk to him if he's not at a computer. But I told her it was fine and maybe he'd learn but I'm a bit worried! He doesn't seem concerned at ALL! I told him I won't call him.l he said he didn't expect me too...seemed kinda defensive. If I say something he doesn't like he always throughs the "well its different in this country" or "You don't know my mother" comments in my face. I don't know what to do. He gets pissed when I "lecture" him but...I don't think he realizes that If i'm going to be talking to him once a week, we won't be lasting much longer. 4 one hour conversations a month won't do. I need a bit more than that. But yea, I don't think he gets it neither his mother, his father, nor me know how to get it through his head. My mom says all boys are typically like that at his age. She said I am more mature than him (on this topic) and I'm just getting frusterated waiting for him to catch up. No kidding. What can I do? PLEASE! someone give me some advice...either to help him or to help me keep my head. I'm trying to be patient and underdtand but I'm losing my temper just a lil bit! Help!
